PTC India Financial Services (PFS) is a power-sector lender. Its April–June 2026 profit fell about 70%, its revenue fell about 27%, and the company said it has not met an RBI requirement for infrastructure exposure. Asset quality, however, improved a lot.
The 2022 target year has already passed. We do not present an old target as a current forecast. This page shows where the company stands now and what a 2030 view could look like.

The RBI norm
The company said it has not met the Reserve Bank of India’s minimum 75% infrastructure exposure requirement linked to its status as an infrastructure finance company (NBFC-IFC). Management described the quarter as one of recalibration with a leadership transition and measured origination. How this is resolved is worth following in filings.
Scenarios for 2030
The formula is simple: future price = starting price × (1 + yearly growth) ^ number of years. The growth rates below are examples picked to show a range. They are not analyst targets.
- Cautious (–5% a year): new lending stays slow and profit remains low.
- Steady (6% a year): lending restarts and profit stabilises.
- Strong (14% a year): a clear growth plan and regulatory clarity lift profit.

|---|---|---|---|
| 2027 | ₹27 | ₹30 | ₹32 |
